The NSSUE Western Expansion will deliver much-needed new homes and community infrastructure.
A planning application for the site has now been submitted to West Northamptonshire Council. We would like to thank everyone who provided feedback during our consultation on the plans last year.
Vistry Group, Latimer, and Lagan Homes are looking to deliver a new development known as the NSSUE Western Expansion. The site borders the M1, with East Hunsbury to the north and the railway line to the west. It was recently allocated by the Council as a suitable site for development.
To the east of the site lies the existing Northampton South Sustainable Urban Extension (NSSUE). This site was granted planning permission and is currently being built by Vistry.
